Refund policy
Hey, we totally get it - sometimes you change your mind about a purchase.
Don't worry, we've got you covered with our 14-day return policy for change of mind.
Just keep in mind that any postage for returns will be on you.
If you want to make a return, your item needs to be in tip-top shape - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. And make sure to include a copy of your receipt or order too.
To start a return, hit us up at hello@helloannie.com.au and we'll give you the deets on where to send your package. Oh, and don't forget to request a return first, or we won't be able to accept your goodies back.
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you a credit note that you can use anytime - even on sale or discounted items! And if you've got any questions, just give us a shout at hello@helloannie.com.au or ring us up at 0402 209 700.
If there are any damages or issues with your order, let us know right away so we can make things right. We don't do returns on items that have been discounted by more than 50% of the original price. Faulty or damaged stock must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
If you want to exchange your item, the quickest way is to return it and then make a separate purchase with your credit for the new item. And refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items. But no worries, we'll keep you posted on the status of your refund and make sure it goes back to your original payment method.
When it comes to items that have been with you for over a year, it's like they've earned their honorary "seasoned veteran" status. Unfortunately, we can't take them back for being faulty or breaking at that point. Think of it as the equivalent of a dog reaching its golden years—still lovable, but not quite as spry as before. But don't worry, we're always here to assist you with any new purchases and provide guidance to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
We request that all returns be shipped using standard post. Any agreed reimbursement for postage will be processed at the standard postage rates, not at the rates for express post.
And finally, if you're returning a sale or discounted item, as long as it meets the above conditions, you're good to go! Credit note or exchange, your choice. But refunds are only available for faulty items, so keep that in mind.
