Hey there! We understand that sometimes you change your mind, and that's okay! You may return your item for store credit within 14 days of purchase after you contact us for return approval (hello@helloannie.com.au). To ensure we can accept your return, please make sure that the item is in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with all tags and in its original packaging.
Quick heads up - just a friendly reminder that we can't accept returns of sale or clearance items, unless it's faulty. But don't worry, we've got loads of other amazing options that we're sure you'll love!

Some product are available through our online marketplace! While not currently stocked in our Parkdale store, it will be shipped directly from our trusted supplier. Because of this, please note that postage and handling will be determined by the supplier's rates and may differ from our standard shipping options.
